The Highest Good Journey

I started Highest Good Energy and Wellness to share the gift and wisdom of energy healing to others, with the intention of bringing the awareness of the power to heal within each of us and to expand consciousness and love to the world.

We all come to understand our lives as one long spiritual journey. For me this understanding awoke within me when I was a young child. Death was a common theme, forcing me to look at life's true meaning. Those early experiences planted the seed of the idea that we are all spiritual beings having a human experience to learn, grow, teach, heal and love, and I wanted to learn more. I was first drawn to the study of psychology to understand how our human experiences impact us and to learn how to help people heal from trauma. In my twenties I earned my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. I joined the corporate world where I ultimately felt ill-suited but found fulfillment working in human resources and corporate culture. In my thirties, I devoted myself to raising my three children. Facing life's challenges along the way, I found that traditional therapy felt ineffective and wanted to understand the deeper lessons that I was learning through this journey. I sought support from energy healers to recenter myself. The heightened sense of well-being I experienced made me realize the power of energy healing to shift the way you feel in a lasting way. These experiences ignited my curiosity into the world of healing and energy medicine. As I entered my forties, I was divinely inspired to study Intuition Medicine under the renown intuitive and teacher of energy healing, Francesca McCartney. In 2016, I earned a Master Certification in Intuition Medicine©. Since then I have studied Reiki, (I have a level 1 certification) as well as other energy healing modalities to continue to grow and expand my abilities and offerings as a healer. I incorporate all of my education, training, and life experiences in my work resulting in powerful shifts in the well being of my clients. Nothing brings greater joy than helping my clients live the highest expression of themselves and be able to walk through the world with grace.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco, a credential in School Counseling, and a Master Certification in Intuition Medicine® from the Academy of Intuition Medicine.

HEALING

bridging traditional therapy and energy medicine

I have found in my own journey, that traditional therapy helps to understand the experiences of one's lifetime, but it only resolves the thinking mind. We can tell our story over and over again, but doing so does not fully resolve the deeper impact our experiences have on our well-being.

The imprints (or shadows) left behind from trauma, loss, or other negative experiences can create blocks or stagnant energy, impacting our well-being in a myriad of ways. Some examples of this are brain fog, headaches, feeling blocked or stuck, mood disturbances, challenges in relationships, and a weakened immune system. In contrast, when our energy systems are healthy, our interpersonal interactions are clear and balanced, we are calm, creative, capable and productive. This state of well being is attained by grounding and healing your energy field and systems.

In our sessions, I will hold space for this deep and powerful work and help you to integrate these lessons from your journeys with your spirit, aligning you on your path to the highest expression of yourself.
