INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
In each session using intuition and energy medicine, Courtney will deliver an energetic healing that may include grounding, aura, chakra system, past life exploration, physical system healing, energy system upgrades and blocked or unhealthy energy removal.
Each session is unique based on the individual's needs and goals.
IN PERSON MIND BODY
Meet me in my studio for a full mind and body session. Courtney will deliver an energetic healing that may include grounding, aura, chakra system, past life exploration, physical system healing, energy system upgrades and blocked or unhealthy energy removal. All in person sessions are conducted on a Crystal-Amethyst Biomat. Each session is unique based on the individual's needs and goals.
INTEGRATION
It is said that the work begins when the journey ends.. Psychedelic medicine is an important and powerful tool for deep healing, for releasing trauma, for finding true compassion for yourself, and for expanding consciousness on your human journey. Much of the learning and wisdom from a journey occurs after as you process the experience. Having a compassionate witness hold space for that can help further the healing. Additionally, a lot can be stirred up that needs to be processed. Courtney will work with you to make sense of the journey and balance your energy.
RETREATS
Both one day and extended retreats are a way to learn and dive deeper into personal healing and growth. Courtney is honored to share her offerings of guided meditation, individual and group energy healing, and one on one guidance to support the intentions and goals of the retreat. From one day local retreats to longer adventures in Mexico, Costa Rica and beyond, the possibilities for creating unique and powerful experiences and adventure holds no bounds.

Sessions are conducted virtually in the comfort and privacy of your own space or at her studio in Sausalito. Courtney will first listen to your intentions, hopes, struggles and dreams and then through guided meditation, she will deliver an energy healing mediation to help you clear blocks or unwanted negative energy and raise your unique vibration. Integration will follow the energy medicine meditation. Within a short few sessions you will find you are more able to make sense of your journey with Courtney partnering with you to find your direction, clear your path and live more in your heart.
